Eligibility and lawful use

You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website, products, services, or content in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person, disrupts our systems, or interferes with another customer's use of the store.

Products and availability

Nexvoro offers consumer technology products across mobile devices, wearables, computing, displays, audio, entertainment, smart home, gaming, virtual reality, power, and connectivity categories.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, and other details accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing revisions, packaging updates, and other factors may result in reasonable differences between the online presentation and the delivered product.

Products may be changed, discontinued, limited in quantity, or unavailable without prior notice. We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, address, or order when reasonably necessary.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, product unavailability, obvious pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the financial institution.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices displayed on the store are shown in the currency presented at the time of purchase. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other amounts will be presented where required before your order is completed.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, or additional authorization by the payment provider.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, or system error, we may correct the error and cancel an affected unfulfilled order. Where payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are presented during the purchase process where applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier conditions, severe weather, transportation disruption, customs processing, address issues, public emergencies, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you identify an address error after ordering, notify us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or carrier processing has begun.

Any mandatory rights you have for delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Eligibility for a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation is governed by the refund and return terms published by Nexvoro at the time of purchase, together with any rights provided by applicable law.

Returned products may need to meet stated conditions regarding timing, condition, packaging, accessories, proof of purchase, or authorization before a refund can be processed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds approved by Nexvoro are generally issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Nothing in our return or refund requirements removes a statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Promotions and discount offers

Promotions, discount codes, limited-time offers, gifts, bundles, or other incentives may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined, have no cash value, may be limited by product or quantity, and may be withdrawn or corrected where permitted by law if an error, misuse, or technical problem occurs.

Intellectual property

The Nexvoro name, website design, written content, graphics, page layouts, branding elements, photographs owned or licensed by us, and other original store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit protected store content without authorization or another lawful basis.

Product names, logos, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you voluntarily submit a product review, suggestion, photograph, testimonial, idea, or other content to Nexvoro, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant Nexvoro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute voluntarily submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the store and its products.

Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material, malicious code, impersonation, fraudulent reviews, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the store to:

• engage in fraud, deception, unauthorized transactions, or unlawful conduct;
• introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or security exploits;
• interfere with the website, checkout, payment systems, or other customers;
• scrape or extract store data at unreasonable scale without authorization;
